Allegedly, the pigeon was going with a drunk traveler in a window of the transport. The incident occurred on the only government bus connecting Harur town and a remote tribal town, Ellavadi. The bus with more than 80 travelers was going through a forest area when transport division investigators ceased it to check tickets.
